About the Event
As we celebrate our wedding on Thursday, November 27th, we thought, “Why not make it extra special?” Since the date coincides with Thanksgiving, we’ve decided to feature turkey as our main course. But don’t worry - this isn’t your average turkey!
Kasteel van Moerkerke will serve a beautifully curated menu inspired by the rich flavors of the season. Featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients - many from the castle’s own garden - the dishes will celebrate autumn’s harvest with warmth, elegance, and a touch of festive flair, making their day even more memorable.
Chef Mattias and his team work closely with local farmers and suppliers to create a menu that reflects the best of what each season has to offer. Whether you're pescatarian, vegetarian, or vegan, the restaurant will gladly adapt to your needs - no one will be left out.
